I surveyed clients earlier this year and asked what they needed help with and what type of payment preference they prefer (hourly vs packaged pricing). The marketing needs were all over the map. But, something was clear, clients preferred knowing the final total of a project vs. being surprised by an hourly monthly invoice.
So, that’s why I created a VIP Design Day, where you get my full attention (distractions silenced & other projects put on hold) to knock out an agreed upon list of marketing projects and updates for your brand and website.
It’s simple, efficient and doesn’t require a costly retainer fee.
How It Works

Book a full or half day on my calendar with one week in advance. When booking an appointment, you’ll be asked to prioritize the list of marketing projects you need assistance with.

Once the appointment is booked, I’ll reach out to you to confirm the agreed upon list. A contract will be sent out and once signed, a 20% deposit is required to hold your VIP Design Day on my calendar.

On the day you booked, I’ll block off my entire calendar, silence notifications and intentionally set the day aside to knock out your marketing punch list. I’ll share a detailed list via Apple notes so you can keep track of edits throughout the day. I ask that you are available via text and phone in case I need access to an account or need you to approve copy, designs or material.

No, if you book a VIP Design Day, I will do my best to get your punch list done in that given time span. I’ll advise you if I can’t get to everything prior to signing the contract. I’ll either ask you to add a second day at a later date or take things off the list.

Yes, I can still complete work via an hourly price. But, my hourly rate is currently $125 an hour. So, time will be billed accordingly. With the VIP Design Day, former and current clients essentially receive a bulk discount. So, if you only need an hour or two of design work, it might be worth asking what else can be done for your brand and website to get to 4 or 8 hours of work — so you can receive the bulk discount.

If there isn’t a week advance on a project, I can likely still take it, depending on my workload for that week. A rush fee of $150 will be added to the invoice.

If the agreed upon punch list doesn’t get finished by EOD, I will complete the work the next day at no extra charge.
